What does your phone number spell?

Go to www.phonespell.org and type in your phone number and it well tell you any interesting words that your phone number spells.

Another interesting option is to type in a prefix and it well tell you what numbers will spell words, handy if moving to a new area where you can select your own phone number.

Without using that site, a friend of mine has a phone number that spells Jay-Leno. He is just the sort of fellow that would sit and stare at his phone just to figure out what his number spells.

Well, my phone number spells "mya-I" and then just the four last digits of my phone number (seems like the site couldn't work out any letters for those).

Now the question is: What the heck is this good for??

Well my phone number wasn't meant to spell anything. It is actually made up of two F1 car number (eg McLaren MP4/13 would be 413).

Might check it out later.

There are a lot of eels around Brisbane

Sadly I've got too many '0's in my number to make anything sensible
