Which engine will Rafanelli use? BMW or the Maserati?

It was said within the last week, that the changes Rafanelli had made to the Picchio were outside of what GrandAm would allow, and that the car would be illegal to run.
Burd was the source, and a pretty reliable individual on things GrandAm. I don't know what this means for the future of this possible entrant. |

Well, obviously there's no point in Rafanelli having a car they can't race is there?

If there was an issue with improvements Raffanelli made to the car, I don't think it would be enough to keep them from appearing in 05'. |

On today's Sport Auto Moto, Rafanelli denies having found an agreement with Picchio. Says he's been offeread the car but that he's not interested and that he might do something in Fia Gt with a 575.
