The entry list is now up:
Entry List

I hoped to see more cars, but the count is still at 29.

the 4th Acura is not listed, but the Bell Aston is back and so is the 2nd Tafel car

How many more cars were you expecting?

The obvious ones missing that had been mentioned (in order of likelihood) are the De Ferran Acura and the P1 Radical. I suspect this list is still a work in progress though, remember that Farnbacher and VICI both showed up very late on the Sebring list.

I think Gil's Acura will make it 30. Other possibilities are less likely (the Radical, a 2nd Vici car,etc.).

Apparently the Radical has been pushed back to July. Where's bigsi when you need him?

Murphy mentioned another Ferrari for Miller. I would think that could be a 2nd Corsa car (being their home track and all)

The car they are running appears to be in 2008 spec. Did they get the '08 chassis they were rumoured to be getting? If so, that would leave the '07 car available as well, assuming they have not sold it yet.

Otherwise, Murphy was just talking about the Tafel #73. This scribe believes he was.

Yes they have the new chassis.

Corsa Motorsports will take its team transporter and its No. 18 F430 LMGT and No. 48 Ferrari F430 LMGT to the arena, where its set-up will be on display for the fans. Corsa will also provide the display for some of the Jazz’s home playoff games as its racing schedule allows.
And I believe the new chassis will debut at MMP.

As far out as it is to race day, I would not worry about the de Ferran entry. Yet.

regards the Radical - we couldn't get it in the wind tunnel this week as some parts are still on the way back from Sebring so I think this may have dealyed the teams plans a little as its taken longer than expected

I was not suggesting that they were short $$, but rather that this is the type of effort funded by people with 'real jobs'.

Still on the Boat from Sebring?

Now that is a reason NOT TO USE A SHIP for race transport. Have to use air cargo.

This is good news. A second car for one race would be nice, but a new chassis for the team is better. They've been quiet but consistent, and hopefully their rapidly solidifying Dunlop deal will help them make the jump up to the top echelon like Virgo in the LMS.

Would that be the parts that were being manufactured locally there in the Sebring area (from reports from Sebring). Bell housing or mounting plate spacer if I remember correctly.

Sorry Boys

Silly silly busy.
1)Work manic!!!!!!!!!!!
2)Wife pregnant with 4th babe

Came back from Sebring and went to Vail skiing and broke a rib snowboarding.
We are going to be major testing the cars including a session at the Bugatti.

The hardest bit is mixing the time needed for racing and keeping on top of business. The cost is not so much the question it is the time away from the UK that is the hardest balance so a little more time management is needed.

The Homologation is still being dealt with so as soon as this is done we will be back to the US.

Still look like July will most likely be the earliest?

I know they said they weren't going to use the new car til MMP, but it looks as if the car they used at Long Beach was the 08 car.
