There is apparently a book coming about Rich Energy.

Maybe I should write one about ICS Smart card or the dodgy payment processor who sponsored Marcus Marshall and ended up in the slammer?

So a return with BJR? Methinks this is dubious at best.

Agree - although the Whittington brothers had actual money to fund their racing, which makes them a bit different to some others....

BJR Out of TKR Bathurst Wildcard Assault

Could/would MSR want to take this on, converting one of their Dunlop Super2 series cars as was intended for next season?

I reckon Mr Stone Snr would have been burnt by David John at some point? Maybe not.

Does anybody really need an explanation for another David John vehicle that never showed up?

When the Team Kiwi Racer was a professionally prepared vehicle with a promising rookie? That was ever such a long time ago...

Then it was the in-house 888 Falcon driven by Mr. Scott and Mr. Pither:

Strangely there is no results listing for the Team Kiwi liveried Fiore Motorsport racer on the Team Kiwi Wikipedia page!?

Indeed, the Wikipedia page seems to have been personally authored by Mr. John:

Quote:
Despite Mr John explaining to ANZ bank that despite ample assets to cover the loan, that the race season had started and that he need the bank to work with him and wait till years end (7 months) as all assets he could sell off to repay the loan were required for the race team to operate such as cars, engines, trucks, transporters, V8 Supercar Franchise, merchandise etc. which were all worth well over A$3,000,000, the ANZ bank refused to wait and proceed with bankruptcy proceedings against Mr John personally. Ironically Mr John's bankruptcy was annulled with-in weeks of the bankruptcy with not one person left out of pocket or no annulment would have been provided.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_Kiwi_Racing

TKR is certainly a great racing team with a grand legacy. To think of all the places TKR has been and raced, back in the grander days of the ATCC.
