Class 1400S Regulations

Never done a rally, but want to. I have a car in Formula 1000 Spec...

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to whats needed for a Class 1400S Rally Car?

I can't find anything anywhere on what's allowed on the car etc.

Cheers.
