Autosolo for newbies

I'm posting this here because there isn't an Autosolo forum, and I'm interested in organisation, not driving in one, so marshals and officers please!

My college class (BTEC Motorsport) is organising an Autosolo for our last term. Full permission and cooperation from the college, but we have to do it all ourselves. Class members have done Autosolo, but no one has organised one.

We know about MSA licences, can quote the regulations nearly by heart, there is (also new!) a college motor club with MSA recognition, and we have made contacts for insurance, cones etc. The event will be closed, college students only. But what tips can anyone offer? Dos, don'ts, have you thought ofs?

Thanks!
John
