IROC at Texas (spoilers)
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if any of you got a chance to see the IROC race this afternoon. NASCAR is at Texas this weekend and it was round 2 of IROC, so since it was racing and it was televised, I watched it!
Sebastien Bourdais started from the pole since he was in last place in the points standings. He got shuffled back to around 5th or 6th at the start, worked his way back to the front, and led the most laps. He was passed by Kurt Busch at one point, but Busch had a tire problem (I think) and hit the wall, giving the lead back to Sebastien. Bourdais then held everyone else off to win! I know IROC isn't what it used to be, but it was fun to cheer for the Champ Car guy and even more fun to see him win! Comments? On the race, IROC in general...
