I have asked this before but I still haven't got any kind of answear.
I remember it from when S2000 was first announced but have never seen it in writing. Peter Briggs from Edenbridge was on here a couple of years ago and was adamant about it. I assume he'd seen a more detailed version of the regs than what is available on the www.
