"Control" of F1 TV Rights

EM. TV has transfered a further interest in the company which controls the F1 TV rights to Kirch. Effectively, Kirch now owns 58%, but Bernie Ecclestone has retained actual control for an unknown period. This was no surprise, as it was to have occured last month, but was delayed for reasons unknown to me. Concern has been expressed that Kirch will put F1 on a "Pay Per View" basis which has stremgthened the manufacturers' desire to revamp the whole TV package.
