Shock adjusting /Understanding Data

Can any one help me with a good book, web site on 3/4 way shock adjusting and what to adjust for different handling issues and how the adjusters effect the car,. I have a pretty good understanding of how they work and have learnt alot with playing with them but some things still confuse me.
Also is there any books on how to interpert data loging and shock traces into what the car is doing and what to adjust.
