Ahhh but that doesn't answer my question! You've only criticised V8SC but haven't provided any alternative solutions.

Just opening the series up to more manufacturers won't iron out all the other 'issues'. If it's just a production car formula, you can forget it, there'll be parity issues, which will be impossible to balance out (witness Group A)... that will just kill the series.

Just my opinion, of course.
