touring fan01 should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid

All the WTCC waivers don't apply in the BTCC. For example I read that at Thruxton the Lacetti's were made to reduce their non-homologated 'radiator bracket' which gives them an aero advantage but which the WTCC allow them to use.
