A very unhappy camper (BSB at Brands)

So I order my tickets for myself and a pal a week or so back. My pal rings me today asking if the tickets have come through, and I realised that they infact hadn't yet. So I give Brands a ring, they put me through to the ticket department. Get greeted by a miserable woman claiming that they have no record of my purchase or post code. They asked me to check my inbox for a ref number, yet I hadn't received an email. Checked my bank account, and they hadn't even taken the money out. What I can't understand is why when I purchased these tickets did it ask me a 2nd time "Are you sure you wish to make this purchase?", when I clicked 'Yes', why it hasn't actually done it?!?!

So now, I can't afford to by an overpriced ticket on the gate (gone up from £49 to £85) for the weekend i've been looking forward to for a long time.

Devastated isn't even the right word.
