Lazy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

I can not see any mention of this, neither diesel or petrol in the draft regulations

In the old rulebook (I mean 2010 and before) there used to be a remark under the displacement table indicating that only "one single stage charging device" for LMP2.
