Tyre Bundles

with this revelation coming out of Nerang, we may finally see a light at the end of the tunnel on the idiotic practice of placing tyre bundles at apex's, and thus allowing the entertai err *** Cough*** Safety car onto the track to bunch the fields up every 3rd lap.

However, at Homebush Mr Addison was harping on about an electronic system that could detect cars jumping kerbs in use in some other motor racing series elsewhere on this planet, allowing Race Control to enforce a drive through when necessary. However given that V8's is the, ahem, only series in the world, allegedly, this maybe why Mr Perry hasn't heard of it. Anyone aware of such a system?
