neilap should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Ok I was correct it is a joint chassis project between the two.

"At Jerez, Honda and BAR are expected to resurrect the 'Athena' project - a joint chassis development programme that they last worked on around 18 months ago."

I think the electronics side dealt with they sensors that were hooked up to the car to analyze the dynamics of the car.
