#17 Porsche was nearly a second faster than anyone else, and it seems as if Audi didn't even try to match that 1:42.
Seems obvious that Porsche know they have 8 sets of tires for qualifying and race and they may as well use them or lose them. I can't see them being nearly that fast in race trim. Though the #18 reportedly had engine problems late in the session. Latest weather reports are now suggesting that the race will either be mostly or possibly even totally dry. |
