Touring car racing in Uruguay
Last weekend I attended the final round of the Uruguayan circuit racing championship.
We got late and could only watch two races: Superturismo and South American Formula 4. All Superturismo cars use a 2.0L Cosworth engine developing 225 hp. Several importers support teams, therefore you get to see Peugeots with Le Mans stripes, blue and white Hyundai, Castrol Volkswagens, YPF Chevrolets, and a couple of Chinese factory entries. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/C...ión_AUVO_2016 |
