Watson Agajanian Roadster Shift Pattern

Howdy all, happy Monday! I'm building custom shifters for my sim racing rig, and my Dad is such a fan of the 1963 Watson Agajanian Roadster in project cars 2 and RFactor 2 that I want to build a dedicated 2 speed shift lever for it. Not sure if the cars that raced at Indy had a reverse gear, but this car sold at auction https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/a...oadster/180154 is listed as having a "Meyer-Drake two-speed manual transmission with reverse". So, where would reverse be on a gearbox like that? I'm also using this photo as reference https://flic.kr/p/aMnotv but obviously that doesn't help with the shift pattern.
Photos of the completed setup will follow, currently have an incomplete prototype six speed and a rally/open wheel sequential will be next.

Sim Rig specs:
Wheels:Thrustmaster TMX and T300 RS GT
Pimax 5k and benQ projector ceiling mount, 96" screen
PCARS2, Assetto Corsa, RFactor2 on PC
