1970's Formula 3 fuel injection

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this inquiry, but I am trying to reach people with technical savvy and a historical bent. I bought a cache of Lotus Twincam Lucas fuel injection parts, and they included two vacuum canisters. A man who seemed to know what he was talking about told me they were from early 1970's F3 cars that used injected Twincam engines. I am completely ignorant on this area, so I thought I would ask you for help. I don't want to throw these away, but I have no use for them and just want to give them to someone who does.
