I've had a look at the other link - and the countdown clock for me gives a Montevideo (and São Paulo) start time of 11:10.

Come to think about it - my PC always acted up with the switch from/to daylight saving so, I've moved to setting the clock manually. When I look up the start time on Motorsport.tv on my phone, it gives me 4:10pm - which fits with a start time of 11:10am in your time zone!
