There's a few wrong things here, isn't there!

(1) Ford Performance did an excellent job with their 2019 Mustang package.

(2) Neither 888 nor any of their customers won BTCC championships with their Super Touring Vectras. They only came back to success when all the other major constructors like Prodrive and JAS Motorsport left the championship in 2001.

(3) Trakstar Racing were VERY competitive in the BTCC with DJR Sierras in 1989 & 1990. Robb Gravett won races regularly in these vehicles and was no less than the 1990 British Touring Car Champion. Though, of course, DJR did not particularly specialise in a customer car business like Rouse or Eggenberger.
