Situations like that decide titles and often show who's 'complete' enough to win the title and who is not. That's not to say that Hill is not a title-winning material but as fast as he is, he's fighting for the title with probably the best and smartest drivers in the field and it's the worse weekends that might decide who wins and who loses.
