Andy Carpenter
I have received the following email from Andrew's younger sister Judith:-
"I am Andy's youngest sister. I am in the process of building a website for friends and family to contribute stories, memories, photos etc of Andy and wondered if you would be able to help me to spread the word around that the site will be up and running probably by the end of this week. I don't intend to include a lot of the accident information, I just thought it would be a good way for the family to hear from people who knew him, either from work, marshalling or from Eastbourne.
