Gerard should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Juan Pablo Montoya's manager, David Sears stated that Formula 1 needs more action and that the whole spectacle needs to be improved.

According to Sears, Montoya might just see to it as he explained by saying: 'Montoya will be a breath of fresh air in Formula 1. He takes no prisoners and will cut through a lot of the bull****. He wants his driving to do the talking. There's going to be lots of fireworks.'

He also said: 'There's a lot of young talent coming through, but there's a bottle-neck before Formula 1 because there are only one or two seats available each year.
Some of the older guys are blocking the seats, there should be sell-by dates on some of the drivers.'

When asked how to improve Formula 1 he said: 'There aren't enough pit babes in the F1 paddock. The whole spectacle needs to be improved. We need to get back to the days when men were men and the drivers were heroes.'

We want more pit babes.
