Testing on Old tyres ? does that mean USED tyres ?
on itv-f1.com JV stated some dissapointment in testing "used tyres".
As I understood it this meant a compound or tyres design that had been used before, in fact a new / better version than what BAR used. Which I understand, as the tyre make gives preferential treatment to "Partner - works team - customer". re-reading the thread though it appear JV is suggesting that another car had actually USED the exact tyre he was using before ??? I know this is not very probable, but what do you all think. http://www.itv-f1.com/news/news_story/16110 |
