The better half of each team

OK, we've got a thread asking who's the better half of the grid, but I thought I'd change that round a little - who's the better half of each team? Which is the better driver, in your opinion? We'll probably all agree on quite a few, but I just know we won't on others

For me, it's like this:

Ferrari - Michael, obviously.
Williams - JPM, just. And he's getting better.
McLaren - Kimi, by more every race.
BAR - Button, cos he can get the car home sometimes.
Renault - Alonso, by miles.
Jordan - Has to be Fisi, but I still don't think he's that great.
Toyota - Panis, better than we give him credit for.
Jaguar - Webber, future star.
Sauber - Heidfeld, not yet missed his chance.
Minardi - Jos the Boss, though probably not for long.
