Grand Prix 4 - set ups

I know that this is now, a comparitivly (sp??) old game, but i've just started playing it again. (not that i played it much before), any one got any ideas on set ups for each circuit?

I know it's lazy to ask as opposed to finding out for myself, but i start losing interest when i stuff it into the nearest wall and lose a wheel coz i got the set up wrong!
