Dov should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
3 new races in 2004?

I wonder if this has any thing to do with PK Racing giving South African Alan van der Merwe a test in the near future? Tags also mentioned a possible fourth new race, but he couldn't go into details because of legal reasons...
