Restrictor Question

If the Judd V10 was run as a 3 litre, would it be allowed significantly bigger restrictors than the 4l and 5l engines.

Seeing as these F1 derived engines can easily put out 600BHP+ at 3 litres, would this not be an option, at least for shorter races or qualifying.
