Formula BMW Asia
F BMW Asia will race at Bunbury in Australia this year. If my geography serves me right, then I remember Australia is part of Australasia and is not part of Asia.
All they need now is to get a race in Africa and then F BMW Asia will satisfy the 3 continent requirement and be awarded World Championship status by the FIA. Seriously for a junior single seater racing series to be international was absurd in the beginning, to race on 2 different continents now is crazy. If they want F BMW to have coverage in Australia they should have a Formula BMW Australia Championship. DATE CIRCUIT RACE START TIMES 03/24/05 Dubai Race 1 tba 03/25/05 Dubai Race 2 tba 04/02/05 Bahrain Race 3 tba 04/03/05 Bahrain Race 4 tba 04/16/05 Sepang, Malaysia Race 5 tba 04/17/05 Sepang, Malaysia Race 6 tba 07/16/05 Goldenport, China Race 7 tba 07/17/05 Goldenport, China Race 8 tba 08/06/05 Korea Race 9 tba 08/07/05 Korea Race 10 tba 09/24/05 Bunbury, Australia Race 11 tba 09/25/05 Bunbury, Australia Race 12 tba 10/15/05 Shanghai, China Race 13 tba 10/16/05 Shanghai, China Race 14 tba |

It's very likely the teams were consulted on this.
