a bit late coming, but thanks for the info regarding the little 7 or 800 hp monster--that must be one hell of a thing to drive. After seeing the photo again teh other day, is that the car that the Top Gear guy Jeremy whats-his-name once spun off into the ditch that they showed on Top Gear once. Remember that I see the shows ages and ages and ages after you lot do, so this may go back quite a while. I think it was a show about RS Fords and they showed a clip of him making a dufus of himself (mind you, if it was that car and it does have that much hp, and it was in the wet I remember, then I can understand the off more now)
cheers |

That top gear was definitely funny though, one of those rare moments where made a total arse of himself (and they actually showed it). |

After the Podium ceremony, after the world-wide feed with Peter Windsor, after a second meeting with journalists from the various magazines.....the 3 podium "winners" are marched into the "bull pen"...a roped off area set aside for the good people of Speed Channel, Sky, RTL, whatever...the drivers and their handlers go from mic to mic to answer the same questions...over and over and over and....again. We hollered down to Michael and he looked up and gave us this smile...notice he has a vest on....it was cold all day and there were even some snow flurries when the drivers came out to the "bull pen". I figured the various interview sessions lasted longer than the race....
that's it for now....time to go to sleep Murph |

get this boy with the partofself-important nickname a rorshack test and you can guess what he'd see.....
but yes, looking back at it, it could look like that but we digress dont we? Murph, always a pleasure to see shots of up to 30 years ago. Happy holidays and happy scanning. |

Sorry for cannibalising your photo! I'd be tempted to crop it back to being more rectangular...
