Well, also, if you give them _too_much_ grip, they'll never be able to break the rear loose in normal, spirited driving...
It's up to the rulemakers to come up with the best compromise. Which is where Max Mosely fails miserably. |

If they have the huge rear slicks of the 70's where powerslides were the order of the day (more like rallying) then why not? |

A return to slicks would be great, but as some here have said, Max isn't the best at delivering what's saying into reality...
There's too much Aero grip on F1 cars now, so reforming the aerodynamic specs would be another step forward in bringing back more exciting racing, especially in the overtaking department. Yeah, I was also wondering if Goodyear would come back into F1, it'd be nice to see them back. |
