Antrodemus should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
2009 V8SCFC: Round 9 Phillip Island 500

Signs of the apocalypse: no rain at Phillip Island, engine blowups within 5 laps, and Triple Eight butcher a win.

Our reigning champions B.O.R.I.N.G. continue their second-half charge towards the front with a surprisingly comfortable win over a deflated Stealthy Racing crew. JJR Motorsport also crossed 600 points to claim third.
Congrats to team players Steven Johnson, Jonathan Webb, Daniel Gaunt, and Luke Youlden!

Hard Charger Award
Not quite the enormous gains of yesteryear, but I'm sure B.O.R.I.N.G. are more than happy to gain 6 places and a Hard Charger Award out of their Island effort. Also on the move were HMFX Racing, 101 Racing, Total Kaos Racing, Lego Racers, and Team Noiseworker, all up 4.

Biggest Loser Award
The flipside is that no-one went backwards in a McConvillean fashion either. Krypto Motorsport gets the gong with a 6 place fall, followed closely by Eagle Motorsport, L&P World Famous Racing, and JPMotorsport, who all dropped 5.

(Sorry, the Round Points column seems to be out of order.)

For the first time this year we have an outright leader, with JJR Motorsport shaking off the competition to assume P1. Australian Motorsports has clung on to second place, while S.A.M.S. leads the acronym charge in third, ahead of early leaders Team Tiger Racing and defending champs B.O.R.I.N.G.

Lol, forgets to select enduro drivers and scores 2nd. Guess my regular crew are worth their dollars after all.

Well done to Boxy

TOP 5 FOR HCM

HCM are somewhat happy with there performance at the island, except for the dog of an engine that was supplied by 888 racing for the #111 car seems those buggers control everything these days, including letting their new best friends HRT take the win on the last lap, I mean come on do you really think that would have happened if they weren't on the red side next year, I don't think so. Anyways we would also like to congrat BOXY on his round win, just one question why didn't you pick not one HOLDEN driver, maybe you should think about changing that photo to a Jim Beam Car haha
