Sparky should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Anybody watch this on World Motor Sport?

It strikes me that the cars are very similar in specification to the UK's 1990 cars.

The bodywork is totally devoid of any aero kit whatsoever - not even a decklid strip!
The wheels and tyres look to be about 7 x 16 - much more drivable, with no consequences for fender nudging!

The engines and gearboxes seem to be very similar to our current spec, with repositioned engines (within the bay) and 6-speed sequential transmissions.

The best bit is, there are BMW's, Audi A4's, Primeras, Toyotas and Vectras (Well, I didn't say it was perfect!

It's definately worth a look!

Three hours every Saturday afternoon - check our very own TV listings! Quite often repeated through the week, so if you miss it, there'll be another 57 chances to see (well, it is Sky!)

Mr Chow - We need to discuss what we each want exactly, and where to send it!
