The New GT Falcon...With stripes or without?

Just had a look at a new GT in the Telegraph in Phantom with 2 orange stripes down the sides of the car at the bottom of each side door. First impression is " no thanks" and i wondered what the rest of you thought.

The best thingabout the stripes is you can order with or without which IMO is a good idea .290KW and under $60,000 is sure to give HSV a run for their money and i love the starter button!
The Pursuit ute looks excellent as well.

What's a GT without stripes?I think Ford are trying to draw on the GT's heritage which is a fine thing......the HO should be something special

A good car only needs these stripes.

still undecided. need to see one in the flesh to decide. What I really want is all the mechanicals in a base spec XT model.

I'll take the blood orange stripes on a purple body - really pulls the ethnic chicks out west.
