Big X UK Drifting Championship Teesside
Seeing as its only down the road from me I might aswell go to check this out at the Teesside Autodrome
http://www.bigxuk.co.uk/ http://www.bigxuk.co.uk/drivers.asp TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE FROM 5PM. £8 admission. FREE for 12yrs and under. PRE-PAID TICKETS - ACCESS FROM 4PM THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS DURING THE DAY. IT WOULD ALSO BE VERY HELPFUL IF YOU COULD BRING EXACT CASH AMOUNT FOR TICKETS IF YOU'RE BUYING AT THE GATE TO HELP US WITH CHANGE AND QUEUE SPEED! THANKS! The Venue Teesside Autodrome is used primarily as a kart circuit but it's varied selection of corners and straights will test the drivers skill as they drift inches from each other under full throttle! Spectators get a birds eye view of the entire circuit from the surrounding banks, a fantastic venue for an unforgettable event. Supermoto Experience! Supermoto bikes will also be joining in the action, their high adrenalin-fuelled riders giving the ultimate demonstration, taking their two wheel machines to the limit. Trade Stands Local tuners display their wares, Drift UK will also be in attendance providing advice and drift courses tailored to suit everyone! |

Well went last night and all I can say it was a load of crap, poorly supported regading entry, trade stands etc and hold ups in times with continuous action.
The most successful place there on the nice was the catering van I've seen more drifting at rallies and rallycross |

Although I do not wish to knock the entries as there is good names there,
There is some big European names missing I mean what about Darren McNamara, I read he tried to kick Nomuken's ass which went into reruns on 2 occasions at Irwindale and almost Kazama's at Silverstone in 2005 as well as Paul Vasblom, he kicked Takahiro Ueno's ass at Silverstone; Brett Castle is missing as well But the Big-X isn't really the Big-X without the Team Orange drivers (Kuma, Tanaka and N. Suenaga) as they run the show in Japan |

All I can sum up of him after his performance at the 2005 exhibition event is, not suprised at all, as I knew this is going to hapen to him. Dosen't McNamara have this, Hachi-Roku though without the SR20 as it was seen from the Driftworks site for him to use in Europe |
