they shoouldve come in with Ferrari.... but without the 2nd safety car they wouldve had a great chance to win because they had more fuel on board

Boy I tell you...it's just all going wrong w/ Williams now isn't it?
Hard to see Ralf hit like that....thank god he hit backwards and he's ok. That was a hell of an impact. JPM's engine not firing at the start...switch to the "spare" car get black flagged from P5 (i think it was) Just going backwards. |

Who's Dev?
Ferrari test? Isn't he just driving some ol' Ferrari around Goodwood? Don't think that's a test, though maybe now Minardi are points capable, maybe their talent scouts will be there watching his lap times! Ralf will be in hospital for a few days according to Sir Frank. Ralf is very lucky to only be staying in hospital for a few days, it could have been much much worse.

WELL DONE FERRARI!
Great performance from both the Ferrari drivers as well as the team...scoring another victory. They've raced well and sensible, the pit strategy good and the race just came their way. Sato~ Great third really...fully deserved, and i think this serves a reminder to his critics. He'd raced well, drove well...and he overtook a few people really quite brilliantly. Superb job..my vote for driver of the race. Quite a few incidents..worryingly.. 8 finishers!!! Wow. Thankfully Ralfie's ok! The reaction from the grandstand is amazing as the medical vehicle pass the straight...looking at thousands of people standing up and clapping...cheering Ralf on. Eventful race, pity the exit of a few star competitors like Alonso/Button.. but a good race overall. |
