Good luck to Christian, a chap who I discover shares a birthday with me, although I've got a few years on him.

So what have I been doing while he's been building a race career, and raising two children....? I guess I must have been working late a lot...

Ah well, here's to a good result for the Audi team, and may they not be beaten by too many laps by the Bentleys.

A bit of a surprise choice! I would have thought they would have got another Audi driver in , perhaps Tomyzk , as he is showing potential and could do with the experience. or even Nissen [ Kris ]as he drove for them last year!

Pescatori, an usual SRWC frontrunner and title defender, finally get a ride on the Audi Joest for Le Mans.
Really, a good replacement for Alboreto, with all respect to him.
