Infact this kind of problems should be discussed exclusively within the walls of the team headquarters.
Such public declarations to the media, won't certainly help the team improve, just contributiing to increase internal tensions.

er, the actual problem is. All he said was that it wasn't good enough and that it was their mistake. Both are correct. The actual nitty gritty has been kept internal and their has been no public floggings.

Garcon, I just to point up although has 'bad habit' Patrick Head succeed to reach a lot of title for his team.

If Patrick has no that habit, maybe he will has more title in his hand, or maybe less.

So, I am not sure its bad or good habit.
