I might be being dense, but what is the significance of this latest 'message from Baharain'? 4666? what does it mean.

I have no idea, but doesnt it feel funny that Jordan have decided to do these things, charities and good causes BUT some of the images we don't even understand - thus somewhat defeating the purpose of advertising for it.
