just a quicky

I might be being dense, but what is the significance of this latest 'message from Baharain'? 4666? what does it mean.

Cheers

from www.f1.com at this weekends GP.

twig should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I have no idea, but doesnt it feel funny that Jordan have decided to do these things, charities and good causes BUT some of the images we don't even understand - thus somewhat defeating the purpose of advertising for it.

1200Datto27 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
The amount in millions of dollars that Bahrain make in one minute from petrol sales?

http://www.f1jordan.com/Html/News/Ne...04_46664.asp#5 or www.jordangp.com under "news & Views" That's the gist of it but the whole article is worth a read as it is not too long!

"46664 is new Message from Bahrain
Jordan’s Message from Bahrain at this Grand Prix will be the emblem of the charity 46664. This was Nelson Mandela’s prison number during his 18 years of incarceration in Robben Island prison....

....Nelson Mandela launched 46664: The Message, calling for world leaders to “mobilise and inspire people to respond to the HIV/AIDS crisis.” With 25% of the South African population affected by the HIV/AIDS virus, 46664 will benefit the Nelson Mandela Foundation's work in South Africa as well as raising awareness of the Global AIDS Fund's work throughout the world."

Lets not forget that these messages are being paid for by Bahrain - it's not Jordan just being random for no good reason.
