Jeff
I know it will be genuine, but the clarity of the 8 car compared to the smoke and dust behind makes it look like you have somehow done the photography equivalent of 'copy and paste'. I admit photography is not something I know about, so I suppose congratulations are in order. Good snap sir. |

It was entertaining to watch from the track too. I must be just out of shot on the left about to be nerfed up the arse by someone who doesn't use brakes.
What a very nice place Castle Combe is and very competitive too. Thanks to Van Diemen for making their cars nice and strong and apologies to the Team West-tec lads for wrecking their car on the last lap of race 2. Doh! |

Methinks a little bit of right rudder pedal might have helped.

that is a good picture, and i can see why people think the flying car is photoshopped on, the focus is set on that car and has it pinpoint sharp, whereas the rest of the picture is background and as such isnt *quite* as crisp and nice
bludy hell i want a digiSLR NOW |

Nice to see all the old Vand Diemens and Swifts, is that old gut Pete still running his VD86 there? |

Silver VD RF01. The Swift was not out that weekend but will be out at Rockingham this weekend plus at the Walter Hayes with Trevor Cooper driving.

It's a bit of an extreme way of saving tyre wear and I sincerely hope a flight plan was registered, incidentally, it's in the air in one piece, how many pieces were there when it came to rest?
Excellent shot and for those who suspect it may be 'cut and paste on' - it's all down to the 'f-stop'. Tel |
