Yay, so many games so little funds. Burnout 3 is out today and also looks awesome!

I bought it this morning. It certainly is a giggle. There's a fair number of people playing it on Live! already.

That should have been at the heart of your plans. I don't think I'd be able to srvive without a broadband connection now.

Yeahm bought it on Friday. Seems pretty good; the handling is a lot better than the original although the cars are still crazily too fast (201mph out of a Commodore!). Better than nothing I suppose.

The DTM cars are fun as well. TRD2 seems geared more towards sportscar than saloons like TRD but at least there's a nice variety of cars.

Worth a look.

Not an overly bad game on the PS2.

I much prefer having the pro-Simulation mode rather than the ordinary 'Simulation' mode, even if it is abit tricky witht he control pad sometimes.

Good that you can do the entire V8 and DTM championships, but you can't save during the races. How are you meant to find the time to do 161 laps of Bathurst in one go!

I'm 82% done in the career mode, is it really worth all the effort in the end?

Got it on PS2 now, anyone else find you have to press really hard on the joypad to keep the throttle on?

Yesterday during an online race I heard about the same problem. I use a Driving Force steering wheel so I don't know.

I reckon Codemasters must have incorporated some Holden v Ford rivalry into the game. I had Russell Ingall maul my Commodore earlier.

Good to see that the AI try to defend their position and don't just drive like Scalextrix. I can't help but find the V8s a bit easy though - can easily compete on 108% and I've only had it a week.

What I want is to be able to put any car on any circuit. I really need to have V8s at Donington and DTM at Bathurst.

It isn't on the PS2, but I read on another site that you could do it on the PC version if you had a patch? Think that's what I read anyway.
