Brack

Just wondered if anyone knows how Kenny Brack is getting on. After the injuries he sustained in that last race accident I wasn't surprised he didn't return to the cockpit last year but i thought he might have been ready to return by now. Will he be back in the IRL do you think, I hope so.

Kenny Brack will never race in IndyCars again.

He is back to full health and good levels of fitness - but a combination of him not really wanting to return and not being able to achieve the ultimate levels of stamina needed for single seater racing mean he's made the decision.

Whether he ever announces that formally, I don't know.

That really sucks! Hopefully he'll find a good competitive series to display his skill.
Maybe touring cars?

There is a very strong touring car series in Sweden, which would be a great fit for him.

There's also some speculation linking him to Aussie V8s.

I saw him perform on the Race Of Champions in Paris, and he looked quite good, and appeared very happy and healthy in general. I think he's just glad to be back in the seat of a race car, any car!

I agree, that his IndyCar days are likely over...

Kenny's wise not to return, especially as he's got so many other responsibilities now, having become a father shortly after that accident. If he does take up some form of tourings cars or sportscars, he'll do well, and probably relish it much more. He's got a proud career to look back on in the end.

Pure speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Brack racing in Grand Am. He's previously raced with Ganassi and Rahal is now only in one series instead of three.

Snrub, I think the Grand Am seats are all filled. I agree though that GA would be a nice fit for him. Brack is smart enough not to get back into an IRL car.

yep I would say his Indy Car career is well and trully over.

but there does seem to be hope as KB has stated about him perhaps having a go in the V8 Supercar Championship.

have a gander at THIS thread in the V8 forum , I havent actually read it yet so I dunno what it says , but have a read and join in the conversation with the lads from downunder (honest we dont bite )
