GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition - Round 3 RESULTS

Finally, The GP2 Series has opened his championship at Imola, and round 3 of this Competition is finished then, with great success! Results are the following:

Results of the Weekend - GP2 Round # 1 Imola (23-24/04/2005)

Poleman = Nicolas Lapierre

Race 1 (23/04/2005)
Winner = Heikki Kovalainen
2nd place = José MarÃ*a López
3rd place = Scott Speed
4th place = GianmarÃ*a Bruni
5th place = Adam Carroll
6th place = Neel Jani

9 - 8 points = Cuervitti (TF), Daisy (TT), Ethan (CO), FOROCHO (LT)
13 - 7 points = Quique (VT), StickShift (TT), SALEEN S7R (TT) (You forgot to put fastest lap scorers of both races.)
16 - 6 points = bleiben (TT), bruguera (CO), ChevroPablo (LT), DanFlag (TT), Patubela (VT), THE SUNDANCE KID (LT)
22 - 5 points = patorlando (LT), PBE600 (CO), Cucho (LT) (You forgot to put 7º of Race 1.)

Congrats to flexible-flyer and Mustafá Aibalababa, the round winners! Confidence on Carroll helped a lot to the first to reach the top, and the second did a great prediction at his very first attempt: he was the only one to pick Lapierre at pole! Mentions to all four concursants of Velocidad-TotalF1.com forum, who did nice jobs in their Competition debuts.

With his round win, flexible-flyer slipped to the top of the standings; he's close followed by runner-up DEADDUCK, BootsOntheSide and Daisy. CARLOS CARNERO (VT), dogui (TT), Emma (TT) and marto (LT) doesn't have points now but could score in the future because they entered correctly their predictions for GP2 champ final standings.

Forum Standings after 3rd round (Imola - 24/04/2005)

1º - Ten-Tenths.com Forum - 154 points
2º - Los-Tuercas.com.ar Forum - 85 points
3º - Corsadigital.com Forum - 47 points
4º - Velocidad-TotalF1.com Forum - 34 points
5º - Thef1.com Actuality Forum - 34 points

Ten-Tenths showed its superiority and strenghted its advantage to almost 70 points over its main follower, Los Tuercas. Velocidad-TotalF1 has opened the score and has the same points as Thef1, but they gained one position because they scored more points in a round than the Spanish forum.
