Thanks to those at Snetterton
On behalf of the drivers I would like to thank the Marshals who stood out in the most atrocious weather on Saturday and allowed us to run the British Sprint Championship meeting.
I know how bad it was as I got soaked! So be be stood out in the rain, hail and sleet for all that time is appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever trip to Snetterton and look forward to being back there in 2006. |

Being the first proper sprint I have ever marshaled, it was interesting, even tho was stood at the entry to pit lane (making sure no one messed upthere!!) was good day, especially the Mini driver who crossed finish line slightly offline!!!!!! and then rotated!! But it was good to see some Mark 11 escorts being driven hard with tail out as they came thro coram(and russell, even if the time section was finished by then ). Very friendly drivers, even one porsche driver who slowed as entering pit lane , lowered window to say thanks, then promptly got another go and when came in again spoke again. Very friendly people, will def do again
. Now where are my cold cures!!! next time could you arrange some better weather please?? lol |
