This is the biggest non-event since Dave Pinkney was supposed to sign for... LEXUS!

I like the noise the Lexus made from the engine.

Alfa Fan has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
When was Dave Pinkney going to sign for Lexus? Wasn't that just someone making up a dream team-Dave Pinkney and Kurt Luby about a year ago? Or was there some truth in it?

What about the other side. Luby to JSM was another one. Was there any truth in that or was it just hot air? I suppose that might be another one we will never find out what really happened?

Are you sure? Sorry for digging it up, I was looking through some old threads for something, but couldn't help but notice this comment.

They've been preparing cars for one of the American GT championships this year was the last I heard they were doing instead of running in the WTCC this year.

Well as Daz's message that you quoted was posted in 2002 it means that the 'next year' he refers to is actually now 2 years ago. Even if he was sure at the time it's a safe bet that this now won't happen 2 years ago.

Thats the pointI was making. I almost got banned from another forum for arguing with Daz about this 3 years ago, I dared say the Lexus wouldnt appear when Daz had confirmed it on that forum, and they reacted so angrily I was almost chucked out.

How petty do you want to be. It's three years ago, are you really that desperate to prove a point? Get over it.

If you argued that Lexus wouldn't be in the ETCC in 2003 then Alfafan, then well done, you win!

I guess this thread is therefore concluded.
