Great to see Zanardi win again, first time since 1998........time flies.

I knew he'd race again once it was clear he'd survived that terrible accident......but I never thought he'd win again, especially in such a topline event.

The guy is an inspiration!

Zanardi won a race in Italian touring car championship 1 or 2 months ago.

In terms of topline events, I hardly feel the ITC is at the forefront.....

WTCC race at Monza in April was also a round of the Italian TCC. Zanardi was the highest placed runner registered for the Italian series so technically he 'won' that race but it was more of a class win. Great to see him on the top step of the podium proper.

It is not the question that was ridiculous (although it was clearly alright), I was more concerned that the question was posed and then the programme just finished: No answer, no results table, no doughnuts or podium ceremony.

When I talked with Roberto and Mariani (the team manager) more or less three weeks ago it seemed there was no chance for Honda to get in because the japanese wanted to run the new Civic, not the Accord. Now it seems that Honda said to Jas that the new Civic is "too" new, and that they are thinking to give them official support for 2006 with the Accord. They're talking, still a long way to go...

It's frustrating how manufacturers take so long to make decision. OTOH, I guess they have to observe the WTCC, think about it and then budget for it. That takes years!
