The HAVOC videos have changed over the years. I have Havoc 1, Havoc 4 and Havoc 13 & 14 on tape and have seen some of the others, and the first & fourth are very serious videos, showing more what can happen in motorsport rather than making fun of accidents, which is what happens in 13 & 14. The accidents seen in 1 & 4 are much bigger and in some of the accidents drivers suffer terrible injuries, but Havoc 1 features accidents in which drivers are killed, while Havoc 4 i don't think has accidents where drivers are killed, but does have accidents where drivers are seriusly hurt.
Havoc 13 & 14 are a different format of the original ones, and they are more brittish based. They cover a broader range of motorsport which is good, but alot of the incidents are small spins and fender benders, and all the dirvers are unhurt, which allows the commentators to have a laugh and the viewer as well. all in all, if you want a serious video which shows the dangers and some old footage, get the early one's, or if you want a light hearted video of crashes, get the latest ones, or you can just get the lot like which i might. |

The first one was 1978 and before, featuring incidents previous to and including 1978. Havoc 2 is based on 1979, Havoc 3 on 1980, Havoc 4 on 1981 and so on. Somewhere along the way they drop the years and pick any crash. For instance Havoc 13 has some accidents i remember seeing fro m the Brittish FFord series in 1987, and i think the quality of the videos have dropped over the years, the first 7 or 8 are classics and highly collectable.
