Well - I for one will be rooting for team GB!! But there are lots of good drivers out there so it will be interesting to see the results of the first race.

The great thing about Team GB is we have a really tough, aggressive, outright racer in Robbie Kerr. You just know you're gonna get 100% comittment every lap.

I'm supporting Team GB, of course, but I'm also supporting the series overall.

As we appear to have been on a roll recently what with the Rugby and now the Cricket, i think it could just be GB doing the winning. So i am right behind GB.

Not sure if I can get my head around purely supporting the 'nation' thing although I think it is a great idea to try and attract new fans to the sport. I will be watching out for the drivers and teams I know personally. Most nations are run by teams we know well from other series. Great to see Ralphie with a ride and would like to see Alan vdM or Stephen Simpson in the ZA entry, both great guys although Alan has achieved more so far. Had a chat with Stephen yesterday, there with Jonathan Lewis's Comtec Powerboat team at the Lowestoft meeting. Nail biting time waiting to hear if he has the seat, but a lot of competition from Alan and Tomas Scheckter!

Ireland, Ireland , Repubilic of ireland.
I think they have a great chance of winning the championship. Ralph Firman is probably the best of the drivers and developed the car also. I feel it will be between Team GB, Team Ireland and team Netherlands any other suggestions. |

Or are you doing that peculiarly english thing of confusing England with Britain? Hmm...no, still applies. ...oh...the World Cup? 2003? 'Recently'? Get over it. See you in November. Anyway, I'll be supporting, as the Sheik intends me to, my home country of New Zealand. Other than that, well certainly the series as a whole, and hopefully some non-traditional nation that punches above it's weight. |

USA, Switzerland and Pakistan.
USA because I live and race here, and always support Americans abroad. Switzerland because that is where I am orginally from. Pakistan because I always like the underdogs. It is really cool to see a country like that involved in racing and doing well. Pakistan reminds me of the Jamaica of the Winter Olympics and Cameroon of soccer in WC 1990. |

New Zealand, although it was not much fun being the sole NZ fan at Sepang when we were overtaken by Alex Yoong three times during the feature race...
